As we close out our series on Mental Wellness Month, we’re focused on finding your support system: communities, relationships, and safe spaces that ground us in our daily lives. 

 

Whether it’s trusted friends, peer groups, or online communities – we encourage you to find a support system that works for you. Connection prevents isolation. 

 

Along with self-care and building resilience, our support networks are there to sustain us throughout the year.  

 

As we begin 2026, let’s commit to finding support systems that allow us to feel safe to share and grow.
