Time to Talk Day 2026

Every conversation matters.  

  

On Time to Talk Day, we invite our friends, families, colleagues, and communities to make space for open communication and understanding. Together, we can continue to break the silence and stigma around mental health.  

  

Whether you are at work, home, or involved in your local community, here are some ways you can participate in this annual campaign:  

  

Start a conversation with a colleague or a friend. A simple check-in can make a difference.  

Listen without judgement. The best support can require no words at all.  


Organize a discussion or community event surrounding this campaign next week or in a month, there is no specific day to do this, but bringing more awareness is key. Bring people together!  

  

Today, and every day, let’s take time to listen, share, and be present for each other.
